When QberaTek is combined with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, you can deliver complete, comprehensive end-to-end IT management and data protection. Installing RMM gives our NOC technicians access to protected machines, expands the scope of issues they can resolve, and provides you with direct access to your tools from the ITSupport portal.

Our packages are priced based on the live data on each protected machine, and include a customizable option with pooled storage. All packages are billed monthly with no annual commitment.

• Solo –Includes 1 daily cloud recovery point (an image containing yesterday’s data) and unlimited local backups for each protected machine on the appliance.
• Complete –Includes 15 fixed cloud recovery points in a 12-month period (5 daily, three weekly, six monthly, and 1 yearly) and unlimited local backups for each protected machine on the appliance.
• Flex – Includes customizable cloud recovery points and unlimited local backups for each protected device on the machine, and pooled cloud storage.
• Local –Includes unlimited local backups only for each protected machine on the apparatus, with no cloud storage.
